To tell you the truth, this is easier than it can seem. All you need is to be at the moment. So, first of all, plan your meals, look for healthy choices. Try to cook from scratch when it’s possible, don’t think it’s too hard. This is a magnificent moment of creation, fulfil it with happiness and keep on doing. Please remember, the mindfulness of eating means to eat when you’re physically hungry, slowly, admit ingredients and flavour, calmly acknowledge the taste, intentionally chewing and enjoying every bite. The important rule is to do one thing at a time. Don’t reach a book, digital devices, turn off the TV, audiobooks and podcasts. Avoid snacking in transport and on go – always find a special place for eating, at home serve the table, make a nice ritual and feel the process.

MINDFUL NUTRITION: EVERY DETAIL MATTERS
Every detail matters, where you are, the tablecloth, plates, music, the window view. And how your dish looks is very important, use food of all colours and textures. Clean the room or choose the best bench in the park. Size of the portion has to be small but enough, stop eating when the body gives signals it’s full. I want to underline that the food must be healthy and ecological, mostly wholegrain and plant-based.
