The time has finally come for changes
However, this time next change for LilkaSky will not be the urgent uprooting because of Russia’s full invasion of Ukraine and the killing of civilians by Russians every day. Always remember: Russia is providing nonstop genocide of the Ukrainian people for the fifth year as of now, and must be stopped as the worldwide evil.
Nor because the Russian Federation sent the rocket that landed just meters from my home at the first day of the Russian invasion.
This time, my dear friends, it will be my own decision, and the best part is that it can be planned and organised on my own terms.
What will change in the lifestyle project Lilka Sky?
During these hard, long years, I tried my best to do everything I could. In fact, I felt that it was my duty and all the everyday continuous hard work. However, I never stopped loving nature and describing things through the art of colour and wisdom. Over the years, it developed into a couple of my own different projects that I will gather to show the whole picture: the stories about my cooking on Etnocook Ukrainian Traditional Cuisine, beautiful landscapes and historical places of Japan, and my watercolour drawings on LilkaStudio. So, actually, the brand of LilkaSky will just become wilder and will show the lifestyle thing from a different perspective.
What will be new in the next change for LilkaSky
New fucking life – new me. No circumstances can turn off the fire inside, and unexpressed talent hurts – just remember it. You can pretend for years, actually, for decades, but what’s yours will come around. Something must be done, you know it, it is obvious, and you just can not go against your creative nature.

As you can see, I am not starting from a completely new page, all my projects stay as well. Also, we will have some nostalgia week celebrating LilkaSky turning 10 (!).
There will be new places, new natural landscapes, as usual interesting historical places, unusual wisdom phrases in the local language, food, unexpected dishes and recipes. A whole new world made from small moments – that is what I have always tried to show my readers.
As for now, I am dealing with ending the previous chapter, managing everything that will move forward and what must be left behind, like my private diaries, pencil sketches and plants. These things were worth every moment of work put into them and, in return, gave me a feeling of fulfilment, meaning in everyday life, and the strength to move on.
Last but not least, before next change for LilkaSky, I have the biggest thanks to my previous place for being a safe place, for the priceless experience, and for all the kind and great people I have met. I hope to keep this connection my whole life, and I feel lucky to move forward with such a beautiful and meaningful background.
